What Lives On Your Skin? Magnifying Glass Effect for Articulate Storyline 360

Build X-Ray Experiences in Articulate Storyline 360 by Joining Our Latest Advanced eLearning Developer Series Course!

We’re excited to show you one of the amazing projects that you will learn how to build from start to finish by taking our brand new advanced-level training course for Articulate Storyline 360 developers!

Everything you see in this demo is achieved using some clever manipulation of our Storyline objects using JavaScript. The freeform window can be used in a number of creative ways for users to interact with, such as to create an X-ray image effect like we showcased in our Easter Bunny Vet Visit Game, as well as a magnification glass technique like what you are seeing in the project above!

So many different things are possible, and we can’t wait to share this technique with you so that you can start to create fun and imaginative interactions within your own Articulate Storyline 360 projects.

This project also uses GSAP to create the additional zoom and pulse effects which you will experience as you explore further. Of course if we had worked on this only a few weeks later we could have saved ourselves a lot of trouble thanks to the brand new Emphasis Animations just added to Articulate Storyline 360!

We think these are a brilliant enhancement to the capabilities of Articulate Storyline and we can’t wait to experiment with them more in future projects.

Learn how to build interactive content like this yourself in Storyline in just 2 days!
